It looks like “Cash Me Outside” girl Danielle Brogeli will be avoiding jail time after pleading guilty to multiple charges last month. Instead, Danielle reportedly struck a plea deal on Tuesday and got probation TMZ has learned.
Danielle was sentenced to 5 years probation Tuesday in Delray Beach, FL after pleading guilty to 4 charges back in June, which included two counts of grand theft, possession of marijuana, and filing a false police report. The other charges were dropped as part of the plea deal.
The judge ruled that Danielle will be allowed to complete her probation in California, where she’s currently living with her mom at the moment
